Memberships
All membership purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on membership fees once payment has been processed. If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Courses
Due to the digital nature of our course content, all course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
EU & EEA Customers — Your Statutory Rights
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). For full details, please see our Right To Withdrawal page.
However, please note the following exceptions under EU Directive 2011/83/EU:
- Courses: By purchasing and accessing our course content, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content. You acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once access to the course has been granted.
- Memberships: By activating your membership and accessing member benefits, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the membership has been activated.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
